The Broadway Subway Project is an extension to the Millenium SkyTrain, providing fast and frequent SkyTrain service to B.C.’s second-largest jobs centre and growing residential communities. In addition to providing alternatives to car travel, the project will transform Broadway into a mixed-use, transit oriented corridor, promoting more sustainable forms of development and travel.
Selected as the Due Diligence Advisor, the Stewart Group is providing oversight services for the project during the project’s construction, offering an independent review of the performance of the project, in particular progress towards project objectives including schedule, scope and budget, as well as identification and mitigation of project risk. The Stewart Group provides the Project Owner with strategic advice on budget/cost control, risk management, quality management systems, community benefit agreements, governance and team integration, municipal integration, business interruption, systems and vehicle integration, and interface with other systems, and many other topics to support project success.
